I knew that the title would catch some attention, so here goes:
A few weeks back I was talking/posting with a bunch of peeps (on NB board) and I had brought up the issue of impotence, bike seats, and getting up off my arse. To recap; my machinery is just fine minus a little rust.
But I do have
a problem with spending way too much time either sitting in front of this pc, or not getting enough exercise all together.
It's tough though; I used to bang out 94 hour work weeks without having to catch my breath, and now I struggle with 50 hr weeks. I also have home work, and being depressed does nothing to get a person motivated. Also, age is a cruel mistress and the more poundage you carry around - the worse it is.
So, I'm very pleased to announce that this fox has dropped 15 lbs from the beginning of March (5 lbs from when I originally made that post). I'd like to drop another 25 and get back to where I was when I graduated HS - that's my goal, then try my hardest to pack on more muscle, which is an on going process even now.
The difference 15 lbs has made? Definately more energy, I'm sleeping a little better, and my asthma hasn't been as bad. I'll wait to tell you all that I have fewer aches and pains (i do) but I'd rather wait a bit before I make that claim. I'm sure more will follow. If all goes well, I might decide to post before and after pics on a new website I've been thinking of creating. I'll try to update this post every so often - not to brag, but to motivate and help my friends if I can. TC

I am
gonna get a home installation of a Cybex
I don't know about either FDA approved weight loss
drugs, personally speaking. Some of the possible side effects freak me out. Actually I'm against them because here in the states some of cheapest and most
effective weight loss suppliments have been banned in favor of big pharma. This is to say that I whole-heartedly believe that the reported health effects and
any deaths resulting from certain banned suppliments were due to a combination of abuse, improper diet - including improper hydration, and persons under 18
taking them even though they wern't supposed to. On top of that, our government doesn't want people to thin out on a cheap, readily available
supplement that they can't control - nor do they want to see us walking around with 18" guns and six packs, so anabolic steroids (which were not
properly researched and studied) had to be banned as well - only much earlier on.
